friendly staff excellent location loud music constant noise
The location was excellent. It was close to the metro, and i adored how cosy the lobby area became each evening. the bar presented many beverages. the staff were friendly. breakfast was plentiful and a great start to each day.
I found that the music from events downstairs was quite loud at night. i also experienced constant background noise from the bathroom. It was somewhat distracting.

The room was spacious and comfortable. the king bed was comfortable. there was an open lobby with a bar. Friends could meet us easily. umbrellas were available.
i found the gym to be just okayish.

water damage slow air conditioner
the room was silent with opaque curtains a very large comfy bed was also present so i guess i slept well that's something
the air conditioner took a while to kick in it was like waiting for christmas in july there was water damage to the wall next to one of the windows it was raining the morning i left and i was woken up by the sound of it not exactly a serene experience

Adequate Stay with Preventable Issues
inconsistent hot water distracting background noise
The water was not consistently hot a major inconvenience. I also noticed a persistent background noise coming from the bathroom, quite distracting. These issues detracted significantly from the quality of the experience. The decor seemed somewhat outdated for a modern hotel.

fantastic visit!
convenient location clean room helpful staff
the location was quite convenient, being close to the metro station. the room was clean, and the size was bigger than i expected. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing quick responses to my questions.
I noticed some water damage on the wall next to the window in my room. This could use some attention.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee capsules and tea in the rooms.. there is also a refuel corner downstairs where you can find breakfast or a hot meal. the gym is well equipped for basic workouts.
